How we work

Editorial Policy

How Rafuxo researches, writes, and reviews its guides — accurately, usefully, and independently.

Trust is the only thing that makes a site like this worth reading. This page explains how we research, write, review, and maintain everything on Rafuxo — and how we keep our guides accurate, useful, and independent.

How we choose what to cover

We write about the things real people actually need help with: the everyday questions, the common mistakes, and the problems we see people wrestle with again and again. Ideas come from our own experience, reader questions, and the gaps we notice in the advice already out there. We do not chase trends or write filler for traffic's sake.

How we research and write

Every guide is written or edited by a named member of our team with relevant, hands-on experience of the topic. We rely on credible, primary sources and real experience rather than recycling other blogs. We keep specific claims accurate and general, and we avoid inventing numbers or overstating what we know. When something is a matter of judgement or personal preference, we say so.

Reader-first independence

We hold every draft to a simple standard: would this genuinely help the reader? Rafuxo is funded by advertising and, occasionally, affiliate links, and we protect your trust with firm rules:

  • We never accept payment to praise a product, brand, or service. There is no pay-for-praise and no pay-for-placement in our editorial content.
  • Advertising is always clearly distinguishable from articles.
  • Affiliate relationships never change our verdict or what we recommend — see our disclaimer for the full disclosure.
  • If we ever receive a free sample or product, we evaluate it on the same honest terms and disclose it; acceptance never buys a positive write-up.

Accuracy and corrections

We get things wrong sometimes — and when we do, we fix them quickly and transparently. If you spot an error or something that has changed, email hello@rafuxo.com or use our contact form. Substantive corrections are noted on the guide.

Our use of AI tools

Our guides are written and edited by people. We may use software for spell-checking, research, or suggesting outlines, but a human writer is responsible for the substance, accuracy, and final wording of everything we publish. We do not publish auto-generated content.

Updates

Because advice and products evolve, we revisit popular guides and refresh them. When a piece is meaningfully updated, the publication date reflects the most recent revision.
